I am Raenette G. Riddick, founder and lead consultant of RaeVision Coaching and Consulting. With years of experience as a ministry leader and racial justice advocate, I bring knowledge and faith-based insight to every session and consultation. My goal is to empower leaders, churches, and communities through purpose-driven strategies that support meaningful growth and transformation.
I started RaeVision to create a space where social work, spiritual leadership, and justice work come together. I work closely with churches, leaders, and change-makers to help them grow, heal, and lead with intention. My approach is grounded in compassion and experience, always focused on aligning leadership with values, purpose, and a strong vision for justice and community impact.
RaeVision Coaching & Consulting, LLC provides non-clinical coaching, consulting, and educational services designed to support personal and professional growth. These services do not constitute mental health counseling, psychotherapy, or clinical social work as defined by Connecticut law.
